Science:
Monday we will be discussing the first part of chapter 3 lesson 4 and answering the text questions together before playing Element Bingo to review element symbols.
Tuesday we will finish our discussion of chapter 3 lesson 4 before playing "Player or Fibber" to review for our chapter 3 science test.
Wednesday is test day! Students will receive the chapter 4 lesson 1 text questions for homework.
Thursday we will discuss chapter 4 lesson 1 together and begin practicing drawing atomic diagrams.
Friday - NO SCHOOL for parent/teacher conferences.
Social Studies:
Monday students will watch a BrainPop on the causes of the American Revolution and complete an accompanying handout. We will also discuss the first part of chapter 7 section 1.
Tuesday students will be headed to the computer lab to begin the American Revolution Web Scavenger Hunt.
Wednesday students will complete the American Revolution Web Scavenger Hunt.
Thursday we will discuss the scavenger hunt before completing our discussion of chapter 7 section 1. We will finish the class period by looking at some very interesting little known facts about the American Revolution.
Friday - NO SCHOOL for parent/teacher conferences.
